Following an 18-year hiatus, Ben Collins, most well-known for being “The Stig” on Top Gear, returns to British GT for the Donnington decider. He joins Thomas Holland, who was interviewed by Divebomb ahead of the Silverstone round.

Collins last raced at the 2005 Silverstone finale in a Porsche 996 GT3-RSR with the number 55, which is the number that the Raceway Motorsport car Collins and Holland will drive at Donnington. However, Collins has no contemporary GT4 experience despite his impressive record of achievements within the motorsports realm, including several 24 Hours of Le Mans finishes.

While Holland isn't in contention for any of the championships, the team will look to end the year on a high with a strong result in the highly competitive GT4 class through the two hours.

Collins stated: “[I’m] delighted to be back in British GT and at one of my favourite home circuits Donnington. I'm ready to rumble!”

Holland echoed the excitement and said: “Ben was my childhood hero when growing up. I’m so excited to be sharing my car with him for the final round.”
