Sargeant, 20, raced in F3 last year, finishing an impressive 3rd in the championship with PREMA, picking up a win in Spa. Sargeant was one of the favourites to step up to F2, but it is believed financial issues prevented him from doing so. The American will be hoping to improve on last season, alongside Fittipaldi, and the other Charouz driver, Reshad de Gerus. Sargeant has some experience with the team, recently testing at the Red Bull Ring for the pre-season tests.

Fittipaldi enters his 2nd season of F3, finishing 15th with HWA last season. The Brazilian will do F3 alongside his Indy Pro 2000 commitments in America. The 19-year-old Brazilian is the Grandson of F1 champ Emerson, and brother of ex-F1 driver, Pietro. Fittipaldi recently won the F1 Virtual GP series over the winter. He also has experience with the team, having raced for them in the 2019 Macau Grand Prix.

The F3 season starts this weekend, at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Barcelona, Spain.
