Apart from research and talent identification support, this partnership also provides a trackside physiotherapist for F1 Academy drivers, emphasising the significance of holistic support for young drivers.

More than Equal is a purpose-fuelled organisation that aims to develop female talent and expand their opportunities across motorsport, with the ultimate goal of supporting the next female Formula One driver.

Founded by 13-time Grand Prix winner David Coulthard and entrepreneur and philanthropist, Karel Komarek, the organisation is powered by initiatives backed by research, accessible programs for female driver development as well as expert insights. These assets are set to strengthen the partnership between F1 Academy and >= More than Equal.

With this collaboration, F1 Academy’s Managing Director Susie Wolff will join More than Equal’s Advisory Board, reinforcing the shared goals of both organisations.

Sharing her belief in the partnership, Wolff stated: “More than Equal is fuelling meaningful progress with insightful, industry-leading research. By coming together, and with the committed support of More than Equal, we will be an even stronger force for positive change in motorsport - with action, not just words.”

Tom Stanton, CEO and Head of Driver Development at >= More than Equal expressed his confidence in the initiative, sharing: “This partnership represents a major step forward in creating a clear, data-driven pathway for female drivers.

“By combining More than Equal’s expertise in research and performance with F1 Academy’s commitment to driver progression, we are ensuring that talented young women receive the support they need at every stage of their motorsport journey.”

This collaboration brings a host of new opportunities for F1 Academy recruits and is sure to support the next generation of female drivers.
