Continuing her long-lasting relationship with the infamous Scuderia Ferrari, Maya Weug with return to F1 Academy with the hopes of clinching the title. After a season with PREMA Racing, the Dutch driver has switched to MP Motorsport.

Weug shone during her inaugural campaign, finding the podium on a number of occasions and securing her first race win in Yas Marina. The 20-year-old finished the season P3 in the driver’s standings, recently accompanying Abbi Pulling and Doriane Pin to the Autosport Awards to collect their champion silverware.

“I can’t wait to get started with MP Motorsport for my second season in F1 ACADEMY. We’ll be working hard all year and fighting for more wins,” she explained. “Super proud to be racing in Ferrari colours again for 2025

“It’s actually the first time in my motorsport career that I will represent a Dutch team, so that alone is quite special. MP have done well in the first two F1 Academy seasons, always running up front and taking their share of wins, and it’s definitely my goal to add to those wins and challenge for the title.

“I very much look forward to competing in this year’s 14 races supporting the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends and showing the world what we’re made of.”

Weug will partner Tommy Hilfiger sponsored Alba Hurup Larsen at MP Motorsport, with her second teammate yet to be confirmed.

The Brazilian driver had a solid inaugural campaign, achieving six points-scoring finishes last year and taking a best result of fifth in Zandvoort. She finished the year P12 in the standings, and is more than ready to fight her way to the top.

“I’m thrilled to announce I will be continuing my journey in F1 ACADEMY with ART Grand Prix in 2025. Partnering with Puma is an incredible honour and I’m grateful for their belief in me. I’m ready to embrace the challenges, push boundaries and make 2025 unforgettable!”

Nobels will partner Haas junior Courtney Crone, and reunite with Williams junior and former teammate Lia Block to complete a formidable ART Grand Prix lineup. After a slightly disappointing season for their F1 Academy team, will this be the year that turns things around?

Alex Dunne has been confirmed as Christian Mansell’s teammate for Rodin Motorsport’s 2025 Formula Two campaign. Dunne’s recent effort in Formula 3 saw him take two sprint race podiums, rounding out the year in 14th place overall.

The 19-year-old became a member of the McLaren Driver Development Program in 2024, and will continue his partnership with the papaya squad in 2025. The highlights of his junior career include securing the 2022 British F4 championship, after lifting the winner’s trophy eleven times throughout the season. Dunne also finished as the championship runner-up in the 2023 GB3 championship, and the 2022 Italian Formula 4 championship.

Speaking of the confirmation of his step-up to the premier Feeder Series category, Dunne expressed his excitement for the journey ahead:

"I’m pleased to be able to confirm my plans for the 2025 season, which will see me joining Rodin Motorsport and participating in Formula 2,” commented the Irishman. “I’m looking forward to the upcoming season and thankful for everyone’s support in getting me to this stage – I can’t wait to hit the ground running.”

Dunne joins fellow Formula 3 graduate Christian Mansell at Rodin Motorsport, the duo famous for their crash in Monaco earlier this year. Mansell too cheekily referenced it with a post on X of Dunne’s crashed MP Motorsport wedged into his red ART machine.

Alongside his Formula 2 commitments in 2025, Dunne will also serve as a reserve for McLaren’s Formula E outfit. He will take part in the upcoming rookie test, whilst deputising for regular drivers Taylor Barnard and Sam Bird.
