Wayne Taylor Racing, a team which have a plethora of experience in the IMSA championship, winning the 24 Hours of Daytona four times.
Hypercar entry list - 21 cars
With the Wayne Taylor Racing team making their debut at the iconic 24 Hours of Le Mans later this year, the entry list for the Hypercar class looks to be extremely competitive, as the World Endurance Championship and Le Mans welcome Aston Martin to the Hypercar class.
Along with Wayne Taylor Racing, Action Express will also once again be joining the grid, meaning that there will now be four Cadillac entries, with the Hertz Team Jota squad running the other two cars.

The Cadillac's will also feature extremely talented drivers such as: In the No.38 HTJ Cadillac, 2009 Formula One World Champion - Jenson Button. The Brit has raced at the Circuit de La Sarthe three separate times in 2018, 2023 and 2024. Alongside Button in the No.38 Cadillac, is Sébastien Bourdais, an Ex-F1 driver for Toro Rosso and a driver with a long list of experience in multiple categories like IndyCar, IMSA and a multiple time champion of the Champ Car World Series. To complete the lineup, is Earl Bamber, who is a two-time winner of the Le Mans 24 Hours.
Cadillac's other entries include the No.311 Whelen car featuring Jack Aitken (an Ex-F1 driver for Williams), Felipe Drugovich (one of Aston Martin F1's current reserve drivers) and Frederik Vesti (Mercedes F1 Reserve driver) - with a young but incredibly talented lineup, this will be a team to watch at Le Mans and also for the remainder of the season in IMSA.
In the No.101 Cadillac from Wayne Taylor Racing, are brothers Ricky and Jordan Taylor and Filipe Albuquerque, a team with a lot of experience in Sportscars and a family-run squad as well. In the No.12 HTJ Cadillac, is Will Stevens (an Ex-F1 driver for Marussia), Norman Nato and Alex Lynn - who both come with a competitive background in racing, both having competed in Formula E.

Elsewhere on the grid, Ferrari will once again contest the Le Mans 24 Hours, with the No.51 Ferrari having won the overall race in 2023 and the No.50 Ferrari winning in 2024. Since Ferrari rejoined the WEC, they have won both Le Mans races and coming into 2025 and having recently dominated the opening round of the WEC featuring a 1-2-3 alongside AF Corse's independent Ferrari Hypercar - they will be looking to go three-for-three.
The aforementioned Aston Martin join the Le Mans 24 Hours this year with the No.009 and No.007 entries. They have also entered into the full WEC calendar this year, but like many other manufacturers, their full focus has been on Le Mans.
Alpine will once again contest the Le Mans 24 Hours, featuring a popular driver in Mick Schumacher, who will be at the wheel of the No.36 Alpine and seeks to take victory at Le Mans, something that his father, the 7-time F1 World Champion Michael Schumacher, was not quite able to achieve, taking fifth place back in 1991 before his F1 career really took off. Alpine's No.35 entry managed to finish in fifth place in 2024, and the team will hope that they can develop the car after WEC pre-season testing and having now completed the first race of the year.

BMW will also return to the Le Mans grid for the second consecutive year after returning to Le Mans in 2024. They have been much more competitive over the last year in both the WEC and IMSA and have managed to get Kevin Magnussen to join the team for both WEC and IMSA in 2025, the F1 Podiumsitter providing the iconic German manufacturer with a lot of experience and outright pace. BMW come into 2025 looking fast, taking pole position at the 24 Hours of Daytona and putting themselves on the front row of the grid at the WEC Qatar 1812km 2025 as well.
Peugeot also returns this year featuring a solid lineup with Jean-Éric Vergne, Paul di Resta and Mikkel Jensen in the No.93 Peugeot and Stoffel Vandoorne, Loïc Duval and Malthe Jakobsen in the No.94 Peugeot - a lineup with Formula One and Formula E experience, as well as WEC and IMSA experience as well.
LMGT3 entry list - 24 cars
LMGT3 will feature a highly competitive grid at Le Mans, with a large amount of different manufacturers all contesting for class victory.

Valentino Rossi's No.46 WRT BMW has been entered, the 9-time MotoGP Champion will contest the Le Mans 24 Hours for just the second time, having already raced in 2024. Last year, the team started from well outside the Top 10 and managed to find themselves legitimately leading the race after around a third of the race completed. However, once rain started to pour down, co-driver and bronze driver Ahmad Al-Harthy, would crash out of the race on the exit of Turn 4 in difficult conditions.
Rossi and the No.46 WRT BMW crew therefore showed that they can be competitive, and did go on to take two podiums last season in WEC. In 2025, the No.46 BMW squad will consist of Valentino Rossi, Ahmad Al-Harthy and Kelvin Van Der Linde. Between them, they have multiple GT Wins in the GT World Challenge and a lot of GT racing experience and WEC podiums.
The Sky Tempesta Ferrari 296 GT3 has also received an auto-invitation after winning the GT World Challenge Bronze cup, and will therefore be headed to Le Mans, along with another invitation going to the JMW Motorsport team.

Eduardo Barrichello, the son of Former F1 driver Rubens Barrichello, will also be competing for the No.10 Racing Spirit of LeMan Aston Martin - along with a number of other manufacturers like Ferrari, McLaren, Lexus, Porsche, Ford, Mercedes, BMW and Chevrolet who will also compete against one another, therefore meaning the LMGT3 class will be a busy and talented one, with a large number of different manufacturers all looking to outperform one another.
Last year, the class winner was the No.91 Manthey Porsche, with the sister No.92 Manthey Purerxcing Porsche going ahead to take the overall WEC title in LMGT3 last year as well. Porsche, will certainly have a huge target on their back and will likely be the manufacturer to beat.
LMP2 entry list - 17 cars
The LMP2 class will be arguably one of the most competitive classes, with some of the drivers announced, such as: Jamie Chadwick in the No.18 IDEC Sport, Théo Pourchaire in the No.25 Algarve Pro Racing car, Luca Ghiotto in the No.34 Inter Europol and IMSA's Dane Cameron in the No.199 AO by TF car to name a few.

Jamie Chadwick will therefore be making her Le Mans 24 Hours debut with IDEC Sport, a team which won the European Le Mans Series (LMP2 car championship) back in 2019. Chadwick's teammates have not yet been announced.
Théo Pourchaire will also compete in the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans, racing with Algarve Pro Racing, who have three class victories at the Le Mans 24 Hours and won the ELMS championship in 2023. Pourchaire is a Formula 2 World Champion who has quickly managed to gain experience in single-seaters.
Familiar team names with a rich history of racing at Le Mans, include the 2024 Le Mans winning United Autosports team, as well as the Iron Lynx squad, who have won the ELMS championship in the LMGT3 class. Inter Europol will also contend this year and have a Le Mans 24 Hours class victory to their name as well.
The full driver list for LMP2 will be revealed in due course.
