Shanghai, Montréal and Vegas — F1 Academy unveils thrilling 2025 calendar

F1 Academy has just announced their season calendar for 2025, featuring seven circuits and three all-new venues for the series. This includes plans for a star-studded finale along the Vegas strip, where the championship will conclude next November.

Unlike prior seasons, F1 Academy will hit the ground running at Shanghai International Circuit, China — one of three iconic tracks to be joining the series’ calendar for the first time.

Briefly returning to familiarity, Jeddah and Miami will follow suit and offer classic wall-to-wall racing amongst the streets, before heading to Canada. Providing tight chicanes and the famous île Notre-Dame hairpin, Circuit Gilles Villeneuve will be a brand new challenge for the grid.

After hitting the season’s midpoint, the drivers will return to Circuit Zandvoort — an F1 Academy classic, and the series’ only stop in Europe for 2025.

Singapore’s iconic Marina Bay will house the penultimate round of action, before the all-female series reaches its conclusion in Las Vegas. As a first for the series, it will certainly be a season finale to remember.

Overall, there will be 14 rounds of racing — accompanied by a 15-day testing programme throughout the year, offering plenty of seat time for driver development. Each televised round will support a Formula 1 weekend.

Susie Wolff, F1 Academy’s Managing Director, spoke out on the news: “I am proud to announce our F1 ACADEMY 2025 calendar, which demonstrates our continued commitment to taking the series to new heights, expanding our global reach and bringing our mission to an increasingly diverse and engaged global audience.”

“Finishing our season in Las Vegas will be an iconic moment, and its addition to the calendar is testament to the wealth of support we receive from Formula 1 and Liberty Media.”
